All free mockups from Illmo come with the Standard License, which allows personal and internal use. If you’d like to use a free mockup for commercial or client projects, you’ll need to purchase a Commercial or Extended License.

You can share final presentations or images that include the mockup, but not the original mockup file itself. Clients can view final presentations and visuals, but the original mockup files cannot be shared or redistributed without their own license.

Each purchased mockup license is valid for one project only, meaning you can use the mockup for a single brand, client, or campaign. If you’d like to use the same mockup for another project, you’ll need to purchase an additional license. This applies to all our licenses, Standard, Commercial, and Extended, the difference lies in how and where you can use the final visuals.

Yes, you can use Illmo mockups for social media posts, portfolio presentations, and case studies, as long as the mockup is part of your own or your client’s design work. Separate projects and clients require separate licenses.

PSD mockups require Adobe Photoshop, while animated and video mockups require Adobe After Effects.

We accept major credit and debit cards, business cards, and Klarna, depending on availability in your country.

VAT is applied according to EU tax regulations.

• Private customers (B2C): VAT is included based on your country’s tax rate.
• EU businesses (B2B): No VAT is charged when a valid VAT number is provided at checkout (reverse charge).
• Swedish businesses: VAT is always applied to companies registered in Sweden.
• Customers outside the EU: No VAT is charged.

Yes. Invoices are automatically generated after purchase and include company details and VAT information when applicable. EU businesses with a valid VAT number will receive invoices under the reverse-charge rule.

After completing your purchase, your download link will appear on the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with secure access to your mockup files.

PSD mockups use Smart Objects in Adobe Photoshop for placing your designs into the scene, while After Effects mockups include prepared compositions for inserting your own visuals and motion content.
