Do you sell mockups in the EU or worldwide?
Yes, Illmo mockups are available for designers worldwide, including the EU and the UK. All files are delivered digitally with no shipping needed.
Licensing details
What is a license?
A license defines how you’re allowed to use our mockups.
Each license type (Standard, Commercial, or Extended) includes different usage rights. For example, whether you can use a mockup for client projects or commercial work.

What licenses do you offer with your mockups?
You can choose between three types of licenses depending on how you plan to use our mockups:
Standard License – for personal use and internal presentations.
Commercial License – for client and professional design projects.
Extended License – for large-scale or unlimited commercial use.
Each license comes with different usage rights and limitations to fit your workflow.

How do I choose the right license for my project?
The right license depends on how you plan to use the mockup.
- Choose Standard if you’re using the mockup for personal work, internal presentations, or your portfolio.
- Choose Commercial if the mockup will be used in client projects, branding work, or paid collaborations.
- Choose Extended for large-scale campaigns, resale, or unlimited commercial use.

What license does the free mockups have?
All free mockups from illmo come with the Standard License, which allows personal and internal use.
If you’d like to use a free mockup for commercial or client projects, you’ll need to upgrade to a Commercial or Extended License.

What files can I share with my client?
You can share final presentations or images that include the mockup, but not the original mockup file itself.
Your client can see the design within your presentation, but they can’t edit or reuse the mockup unless they have their own license.
For how many projects can I use the purchased mockup for?
Each purchased mockup license is valid for one project only, meaning you can use the mockup for a single brand, client, or campaign.
If you’d like to use the same mockup for another project, you’ll need to purchase an additional license.
This applies to all our licenses, Standard, Commercial, and Extended, the difference lies in how and where you can use the final visuals.

Can I use illmo mockups for social media or portfolio work?
Yes, you can use illmo mockups for social media posts, portfolio presentations, and case studies, as long as the mockup is part of your own or your client’s design work.
Each mockup license covers one project, so if you showcase different brands or clients, each requires its own license.
Can I use illmo mockups for client presentations or pitch decks?
Yes, our mockups can be used in client presentations and pitch decks. Please make sure your usage follows the license terms included with your purchase.
Do you offer bundle deals or discounts for studios?
We occasionally offer bundle deals and special pricing for studios. Join our newsletter to get early access to offers and new releases.

Can I use illmo mockups in paid ads or social media campaigns?
Yes, if you have a Commercial or Extended license, you can use our mockups in paid ads or promotional materials.
Free mockups are not permitted for paid advertising.
File info
What file formats do illmo mockups come in?
Our image mockups come in Adobe Photoshop (PSD) format, and our motion mockups come in Adobe After Effects (AE) format.
Each product page clearly states which file format is included.
What file size is your mockup file?
The file size varies depending on the mockup. You’ll find the exact file size listed on each product page.
What software do I need?
To use our image mockups, you need Adobe Photoshop.
For our motion mockups, Adobe After Effects is required.
Can I customize illmo mockups in Photoshop or Figma?
Our mockups can only be customized in Adobe Photoshop. They are not compatible with Figma at this time.
If you’d like to request a Figma version, feel free to reach out (hello@illmomockups.com) we’re always open to feedback from designers.
Are your mockups compatible with older Photoshop versions?
Our mockups are made for the latest version of Adobe Photoshop (CC). Some older versions may work, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (personal or business) and Klarna, depending on availability in your country.
Do you charge VAT for EU customers?
For EU customers, VAT is applied according to EU tax regulations.
Private customers (B2C): VAT is included in the price based on your country’s rate.
Business customers (B2B): No VAT is charged if a valid VAT number is provided (reverse charge).
Customers outside the EU: No VAT is applied.
Can companies receive an invoice for their purchase?
Yes, companies can receive an invoice for their purchase. Invoices are automatically generated after each order and include all company details and VAT information.
If you’re an EU-based business with a valid VAT number, the invoice will apply the reverse-charge rule.

Is payment secure?
All payments are handled by Shopify Payments and encrypted via SSL certificates. We never store any payment data on our servers.
After your purchase
How do I get the mockup after the purchase?
After completing your purchase, a download link will appear on the order confirmation page.
You’ll also receive an email with a secure download link to access your mockup files anytime.
How do I use the mockup?
Each mockup includes a layered Photoshop file (.PSD) with smart objects.
To use it, open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object layer, place your design, save and your mockup will update automatically.

I entered the wrong email, what should I do now?
If you entered the wrong email during checkout, please contact us at hello@illmomockups.com with your order details.
We’ll verify your purchase and resend the download link to your correct email address.
I purchased the wrong license, how can I change?
If you purchased the wrong license, please contact us at hello@illmomockups.com with your order details.
We’ll review your purchase and help you upgrade to the correct license if applicable.
Can I get a refund for digital mockup files?
Because our mockups are digital files that can be accessed instantly after purchase, all sales are final. Please review product details carefully before buying. If you experience any issue with your download or the file itself, contact us at hello@illmomockups.com and we’ll make it right.
