All free mockups from Illmo come with the Standard License, which allows personal and internal use.

If you’d like to use a free mockup for commercial or client projects, you’ll need to select a Commercial or Extended License when doing the purchase.

You can share final presentations or images that include the mockup, but not the original mockup file itself.

Your client can see the design within your presentation, but they can’t edit or reuse the mockup unless they have their own license.

Each purchased mockup license is valid for one project only, meaning you can use the mockup for a single brand, client, or campaign.

If you’d like to use the same mockup for another project, you’ll need to purchase an additional license.

This applies to all our licenses, Standard, Commercial, and Extended, the difference lies in how and where you can use the final visuals.

Yes, you can use illmo mockups for social media posts, portfolio presentations, and case studies, as long as the mockup is part of your own or your client’s design work.

Each mockup license covers one project, so if you showcase different brands or clients, each requires its own license.

Yes, our mockups can be used in client presentations and pitch decks. Please make sure your usage follows the license terms included with your purchase.

Yes, if you have a Commercial or Extended license, you can use our mockups in paid ads or promotional materials. 

Free mockups are not permitted for paid advertising.

Our image mockups come in Adobe Photoshop (PSD) format, and our motion mockups come in Adobe After Effects (AE) format.

Each product page clearly states which file format is included.

The file size varies depending on the mockup. You’ll find the exact file size listed on each product page.

To use our image mockups, you need Adobe Photoshop.

For our motion mockups, Adobe After Effects is required.

Our mockups can only be customized in Adobe Photoshop. They are not compatible with Figma at this time.

If you’d like to request a Figma version, feel free to reach out (hello@illmomockups.com) we’re always open to feedback from designers.

Our mockups are made for the latest version of Adobe Photoshop (CC). Some older versions may work, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility.

We accept major credit and debit cards (personal or business) and Klarna, depending on availability in your country.

For EU customers, VAT is applied in accordance with EU tax regulations.

• Private customers (B2C): VAT is included in the price based on your country’s rate.
  
• Business customers (B2B within the EU): No VAT is charged if you enter a valid VAT number in the cart before checkout (reverse charge). You can add your VAT number on the cart page or by clicking the VAT link in the cart drawer.
  
• Swedish businesses: Since we are a Swedish company, VAT is always charged to businesses registered in Sweden, even if a VAT number is provided.
  
• Customers outside the EU: No VAT is applied.

Yes, companies can receive an invoice for their purchase. Invoices are automatically generated after each order and include all company details and VAT information.

If you’re an EU-based business with a valid VAT number, the invoice will apply the reverse-charge rule.

All payments are handled by Shopify Payments and encrypted via SSL certificates. We never store any payment data on our servers.

After completing your purchase, a download link will appear on the order confirmation page.

You’ll also receive an email with a secure download link to access your mockup files anytime.

Each mockup includes a layered Photoshop file (.PSD) with smart objects.

To use it, open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object layer, place your design, save and your mockup will update automatically.
