Standard License

For personal projects, portfolios, internal presentations, and non-commercial work.

YOU CAN:
- Use illmo mockups for personal or self-promotional projects.
- Share your work on websites, Behance, portfolios, and organic social media.
- Include mockups in internal presentations, competitions, or academic work.

YOU CAN’T:
- Use mockups in any client or commercial projects.
- Use mockups in paid advertising, client work, or commercial campaigns.
- Share, resell, or transfer the editable source files (PSD, AE).

Commercial License

For freelancers, agencies, and studios creating commercial or client presentation work.

DETAILS:
Company size: 1-10 employees
Number of projects: 1
Time period: Lifetime
Client use: Allowed
Paid promotion: Allowed, limited

YOU CAN:
- Use illmo mockups for one (1) commercial or client project.
- Showcase designs on websites, e-commerce, and in digital campaigns.
- Use mockups in paid advertising, email campaigns, or social media.
- Run one (1) paid advertising campaign across digital, print, or social media.
- Print up to 5,000 items for non-resale purposes (e.g. flyers, packaging).

YOU CAN’T:
- Share, resell, or distribute the editable source files (PSD, AE) to clients or third parties.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original Illmo mockup design.

Extended License

For large-scale campaigns, resale products, paid media, and unlimited commercial advertising.

- Use illmo mockups for one (1) commercial projects or clients.
- Use mockups in products for sale, such as templates, books, courses, or print-on-demand items.
- Run unlimited paid advertising campaigns across digital, print, or outdoor media.
- Use mockups in large-scale promotional materials, including billboards, retail packaging, or media campaigns.

YOU CAN'T:
- Share, resell, or distribute the editable source files (PSD, AE) to clients or third parties.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original Illmo mockup design.

FAQ

Which license do I need for client work?

Client work requires either a Commercial License or an Extended License, depending on the scope of the project and how the mockup will be used.

What’s the difference between Commercial and Extended License?

Commercial Licenses are designed for freelancers, studios, and businesses with up to 10 employees creating client or commercial presentation work for one project.

Extended Licenses include broader commercial rights for companies of any size, large-scale advertising campaigns and unlimited paid promotion.

Do I need a new license for each project?

Yes. Each license covers one individual project, brand, or client.

If the same mockup is used across multiple client projects or brands, an additional license is required for each use.

Can I share PSD or After Effects files with clients?

No. Editable PSD and After Effects source files cannot be shared, redistributed, or transferred to clients or third parties.

Clients may receive final exported visuals, presentations, videos, or campaign assets containing the mockup.

Can I use Illmo mockups for paid advertising?

Yes. Paid advertising usage is permitted under Commercial and Extended Licenses.

Standard Licenses do not include usage rights for paid ads, sponsored campaigns, or commercial promotion.

Are the licenses lifetime and royalty-free?

Yes. All Illmo licenses are lifetime, non-exclusive, and royalty-free.

Once purchased, you can continue using the mockup for the licensed project without recurring fees or subscriptions.
