Refund policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product. Once the files have been delivered, you waive your right to request a refund, return, cancellation, or withdrawal.
Digital Products
All products sold on Illmo Mockups are digital files. Once your order is completed and the files are available for download, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be issued.
This applies because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. By purchasing and downloading a file, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16.m).
Before You Purchase
Please review the product descriptions, file formats, and license terms carefully before purchasing.
If you are unsure about compatibility, software requirements, file size, or usage, you are welcome to contact us before checkout at hello@illmomockups.com.
Duplicate or Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem — such as:
- receiving the wrong file
- a corrupted download
- duplicate charges
- missing file access
Contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- fraudulent activity
- unauthorized transactions
- misuse or abuse of the download system
- chargeback abuse
All payments are securely processed through Shopify and verified payment gateways.
